Author Guidelines

Submission requirements
Articles containing relevant, previously unpublished research results by the author(s) that correspond to the journal's subject matter are accepted for publication in the scientific journal ‘Journal of International and European Law’.

The authors of the article are responsible for the accuracy of the material presented, the absence of plagiarism and the correctness of conclusions, the correctness of citations of scientific sources and references to them.

Manuscripts of articles must be submitted to the editorial board of the journal in electronic form (by email to the editorial office: journal.europeanlaw@chnu.edu.ua).

Manuscripts in Ukrainian, English.

The article must be at least eight full pages long (including tables, graphs, and figures): 14-point Times New Roman font, 1.5 spacing.

Articles submitted for publication should consist of the following sections: 1) introduction, containing a statement of the problem, the relevance of the research, the purpose of the article, and an analysis of recent studies and publications; 2) main body, reflecting the course of the research, the methods used by the author, and the results obtained; 3) conclusions that briefly summarise the research and outline prospects for further research; 4) list of references; 5) abstract and keywords

Manuscripts submitted for publication are subject to mandatory plagiarism checks using Turnitin software. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, incorrect borrowing, lack of proper references to sources used, or exceeding the permissible level of text matches are not allowed.
