Guidelines for Authors

Submission requirements
Articles containing relevant, previously unpublished research results by the author(s) that correspond to the journal's subject matter are accepted for publication in the scientific journal ‘Journal of International and European Law’.

Manuscripts of articles must be submitted to the editorial board of the journal in electronic form (by email to the editorial office: journal.europeanlaw@chnu.edu.ua).

Manuscripts in Ukrainian, English.

The article must be at least 8-12 pages long (including tables, graphs): 14-point Times New Roman font, spacing - 1.5, margins – 2.0 cm.

Articles submitted for publication should consist of the following sections:

  • Introduction, containing a statement of the problem, the relevance of the research, the purpose of the article, and an analysis of recent studies and publications
  • Main body, reflecting the course of the research, the methods used by the author, and the results obtained
  • Conclusions that briefly summarise the research and outline prospects for further research
  • List of references
  • Abstract and keywords
