Editorial Statement

Dear Scholars,

At a time when Ukraine continues to defend its statehood and territorial integrity, the role of the academic community has become particularly significant.

Experts in international and European law make a substantial contribution to this collective effort by providing professional expertise in the processes of restoring justice and safeguarding Ukraine’s legal personality in the international arena. Key areas of their work include the study of state responsibility in international law, the development of international justice mechanisms, the application of human rights protection instruments in times of war, and the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to European legal standards.

We invite scholars and practitioners to contribute to the discussion of current theoretical and applied issues within our journal. Through joint efforts, the international law community can make a meaningful contribution to strengthening the legal foundations of modern Ukraine and advancing its integration into the European legal space.
