The materials of the Journal are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

The author retains full copyright to their work and may use their article without obtaining additional permission from the Editorial Board or the founder of the Journal.

In particular, the author has the right to:

• use the text of the article, in whole or in part, for educational purposes;
• use the materials of the publication in preparing their own subsequent scholarly works;
• incorporate provisions of the article into abstracts, conference papers, presentations, round tables, and other academic events;
• post the electronic version of the article, including the final version published on the official website of the Journal, on:

– the author’s personal online resources (websites, personal pages, blogs, etc.);
– the official resources of the institution where the author is employed, including institutional repositories;
