On the basis of analysis of the speeches, it was proven that most frequently speakers resort to the proposition
of value. This is evident in their appeal to the audience's personal values, such as the desire to be happy, healthy and successful, in order to convince them of the importance of paying attention to the issue of mental health. TED Talks can be a useful tool for destigmatizing mental illness and spreading the word about the availability of treatment and support.
