Open Access Policy

The journal practices an immediate open-access policy. This means that all articles, reviews and other materials are posted permanently and free of charge immediately after the release of the next issue for all users, including institutions to the published content, and supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for the general social progress. You can download, copy, print, distribute, search for full texts of articles displayed on our pages, and publish links to them without obtaining permission from the publisher, editors and authors.
