The journal provides of immediate open access policy . This means that all articles, reviews and other materials are posted indefinitely and free of charge immediately after the release of the next issue for all users, including institutions to the published content, as well as supporting the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and global exchange of knowledge for the sake of general social progress. You may download, copy, print, distribute, search the full text of articles appearing on our pages, and publish links to them without obtaining the permission of the publisher, editors, or authors.
