The authors retain the copyright, as well as give the journal the right to publish original scientific articles that contain the results of scientific research and are not under consideration for publication in other journals. It is allowed to distribute published scientific materials with unquestionable recognition of the authorship of this work and the first publication in this journal. 

The author undertakes not to violate the copyrights of other persons or organizations. 

The author also transfers to the editorial board of Mediaforum journal the rights to:

• publication of the article in Ukrainian and other languages, including English and distribution of its printed version.
• distribution of the electronic version of the article or other materials, as well as their electronic versions through any electronic means, including placement on the official web-site of the journal, in electronic databases, repositories, etc.

And assures that the article

• has not been previously published in other journals and has not been submitted for publication in other journals

 

The authors reserves the right without the consent of the editorial board to:

• use the materials of the fulltext article or its part for educational purposes;
• use the materials of the fulltext article or its part to write their own dissertations and other research, including conference papers and oral presentations.
• publish electronic copies of the article (including the final electronic version downloaded from the official web-site of the journal) on personal web-resources and web-resources of the institutions where they work.

In all cases, the presence of a bibliographic link to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official website of the journal is required.
