Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the Polish experience of local practices of civic education in the system of instruments for the European integration development of Ukraine. The chronological framework of the study covers the period from the completion of the breakthrough of democracy to the present day. The authors focus on the analysis of the main stages of updating the Polish paradigm of civic education, the consideration of the features of the formation and organization of the civic education system in Poland, the definition of its thematic aspects and priorities. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the effectiveness of the tools for implementing the mechanism of civic education in Poland and the possibility of using it in the conditions of modern Ukrainian realities.
