Abstract

Process of decentralization became on of the key factor of Ukrainian society resilience and steadiness. They contribute considerably into Ukraine ability to withstand challenges of the full-scaled war. However under current conditions of the Marshall law the further steps towards new system of power in Ukraine are suspended. Still they remain critically topical for the sustainable development of the State and very success of European and Euroatlantic course of the country.  All of those requires critical assessment of the achieved decentralization records in every region of Ukraine. Having it done with regard to Chernivtsi region, authors made some practical recommendations aimed at future reforms' steps of the authorities on the regional and subregional levels of public policy in Ukraine.
