The article explores the operational resilience of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) amid the escalating tensions of hybrid conflicts, where the integration of drones into operational-tactical systems grants strategic importance to spectral monitoring and spectrum management. The modern electromagnetic environment in combat zones characterized by high signal density, a broad array of interference sources, and active electronic warfare systems that directly jeopardize the stability of control channels, navigation (GNSS), and intelligence data transmission for UAVs. The study provides an overview of IEEE and MIL-STD standards, along with a comparative analysis of spectrum sensing methods. The findings demonstrate that conventional solutions no longer meet contemporary challenges regarding universality and operational precision in combat scenarios, justifying the need to optimize monitoring algorithms for enhanced performance in high-interference environments.
