Abstract

The study focuses on the processes of localization of Ukraine's humanitarian policy under the conditions of martial law. The article outlines the main and most relevant current challenges in the humanitarian sphere, provoked by Russian war against Ukraine. Special attention is paid to practical issues of the authorities and society responses to those challenges of humanitarian crisis problems which carried out during martial law. The author considers also some issue of assistance to internally displaced persons, their adaptation and integration into the territorial communities that host them. Finally, some conclusions are made and proposals suggested.
