Publication fees

Submission of a manuscript to the editorial office is free of charge. The publication fee is payable only after an article has been accepted for publication and has no bearing on the outcome of peer review or the editorial decision.

The publication fee is UAH 1,000 and covers the costs of processing, peer review, and publication of the article. Once the article is accepted, the editorial office sends the author the payment details; the author then submits a scanned copy of the payment receipt to the editorial office.

Sole-authored articles by third-level (PhD) students in higher education who study on a state-funded basis are published free of charge, provided that they meet the journal’s requirements and the principles of academic integrity, and that a certificate from the postgraduate studies department is submitted.
